Multidrive S4000 Demountable Sprayer

The new S4000 sprayer has been designed for the equally new Multidrive 6195 chassis unit. Based on years of experience with crop sprayers and the manufacture of sprayer units for the Kelland’s Agribuggy we have created a demountable unit with a specification and design to be envied.

The light-weight aluminium boom and mechanically driven power unit not only gives us probably the lightest 4,000 litre sprayer unit on the market but also one of the highest power to weight ratio and best climbing ability machines available.

All round suspension, the ergonomic cab and automatic transmission make it the easiest and most comfortable to drive and its high working and road speeds must make it one of the highest output sprayers available in the world today.

 

Specifications

Tank:	Stainless steel, 4,000 litres.
Clean water tank:	Stainless steel, 400 litres.
Inductor hopper:	Stainless steel, 35 litres with wash ring & can wash, hydraulic raise/lower.
Suction/pressure controls:	Simple 2 lever control system for spraying/filling
Spray pump:	Imovilli, 4 cyl, 280 l/min, hydraulically driven.
Quick fill pump:	Independantly driven centrifugal, 500 litres/min. Storage for 2 suction hoses on sides of tank.
Tank wash system:	2 rotary wash nozzles fed from 400l clean water tank
Spray controls:	7 section air actuated valves with instant cut-off. Unique Boom recirculation and purging system ensures positive circulation and equal pressure along the full length of the boom.
Spray Controller:	RDS Delta 34 flow or pressure based automatic control system.
Boom:	Lightweight or heavy duty booms up to 36 metres with optional variable geometry. 3 stage suspension system for exceptional stability. Joystick control for height and tilt. Various width combina tions available for contractors (e.g. 18/20/24)
Nozzles:	Triplet nozzle bodies with wide choice of nozzles.
Wash down:	Retractable wash down reel with 18metres of hose.
Health and safety:	Stainless steel, sealed, integral clothing locker, 20 l hand wash tank.
Storage:	Integral storage locker on Off side for tools etc.
